Lettrice is talented, eclectic and versatile. She is often referred to as: "vocalist-director-songwriter-producer-actress-musician." She has performed as a solo artist and back-up singer for many major names in the music industry.
She worked with Barbra Streisand singing backgrounds in her Timeless Tour, Herman Andrus, Clifton Davis, Mopreme Shakur, The Boys, Ralph Johnson (Earth, Wind, & Fire), B.B. King Showcases, South East Symphony for 8 years, San Bernardino Symphony, Leo and Mari Nobre, Cynthia Haring, Gregg Hanley (Hanley Productions), Glasshouse Productions & Media, Speak Your Mind Radio (Brenda Williams), KJLH Radio Show (10 shows), Situation Radio 102.6 (Atlanta), Rush Danja Show/Defiant BBN (Chicago), Enthrone Records LLC (Andre' Pittmon) and many others. She continues to work with Ralph Johnson (Earth, Wind and Fire) on various projects with artist. Also, Anthony Parnther (South East Symphony) each season as a principle singer. She was with Fortress Entertainment for 2 years and produced an EP with them. She has been with Smooth Soul Productions for 8 years and produced two albums and eight singles. She has been a featured artist on "Spice of Life" gospel show. This Past year she sang on a ambiance song, “Long Day” by Jeff Russo for the FX show, Snow Fall Season 1, Ep 4. Lettrice was honored to be a part of The Black History Parade in Pasadena and perform on the main stage. Her song, “Gonna Be Ready” was selected as song of the year on the Speak Your Mind Radio Show. She has been honored as Jazz, Gospel and R and B Artist of the year, by Citril Starz in 2017, Honored for Vocal Contributions at the 3rd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Festival by KJLH & the City of LA, Jan 2018 and presented the Ella Fitzgerald Humanitarian Award by Blacmail Prod, Heart 2 Heart Foundation and Mark Ridley-Thomas, April 6, 2018. She had a lead role in Can God's Love Reach You In The Dark Part 2 by Spencer Collins which was nominated for an NAACP Award. She sang at the “In His Name” Fundraiser Scholarship sponsored by: Spencer Collins II and Blackmail Productions at the Complex Theatre. Lettrice just recently released “Give Me Peace" with Giovanni Joyce Imbessi for NET Day in honor of Cancer patients who are survivors or who have passed on. It was promoted internationally. She performed with Jacob Lusk (American Idol) at The Heroes In The Struggle Award Show & Gala at the African American Museum hosted by Empires, Jussie Smollet and Ceo of The Black Aids Institute, Phill Wilson. She also just performed at “Sock it To Me” Aretha Franklin Tribute. Donna McAfee West Coast Praze. She was a headliner for B. B. King's Place twice, featured at the Summer Awards Gala, sponsored by Congress woman Dianne Watson and the Performing Arts Center in Culver City on Martin Luther King Day. She has performed with The Southeast Symphony, under the direction of Anthony Parnther. The songstress even involved herself in an ensemble with Director Charles Dickerson in the Afro-Classical Evolution Within The Revolution featuring Leon Ndugu Chancler, Charles Dickerson, Hansonia Caldwell, Robert Watt, Patrice Rushen and Jennifer Lindsay. Lettrice had a benefit concert featuring herself, her background singers, her band, and solo artists Ricky Diaz and Donald Perry. Her performance was tested, then celebrated at The Discovered Gospel Festival in Newhall, CA. She has now headlined in nine events for KJLH Radio Station: The Annual Tree lighting Ceremony & Celebration, 2 Gospel Brunches (One featuring Keisha Ealy and Jessica Reedy), The Juneteenth Celebration, Three Annual 4th of July Firework Extravaganza and The Food Truck Vendor Extravaganza and one Black History Show in Leimert Park. She has performed at The Feast Concert in Long Beach, California and at the NA Lot Concert in Los Angeles and has sung with the South East Symphony in magnificent concerts 8 years.
Lettrice continues to work in the studio for hire with her two business partners Brandon Ford & Devin Shaw from the Smooth Soul Production Team, helping other artist on various projects and performs all over Los Angeles and travels abroad when hired to sing in shows all over the country. She collaborated with Cynthia Haring and World Nation on her album, “Walking In A Memory". She headlined at the Catalina Bar & Grill, “Memories of Real Music" and at the International Choir Festival at the Zipp Theatre (Disney Hall). Lettrice just recently sang at the Visions of Music Show, A Night of R and B and performed in Holland as a principal artist with the Episcopal Chorale Society (Chas Cheatham). Also, was lead vocalist on three songs written by: Elisa Rice (Steffen Smidst, Universal Music Group) for the film, Beyond Driven produced by: Victor Tran and Riyaana Hartley which was an official selection by the La Femme International Film. Festival 2019. She sang with the Gwen Wyatt Chorale during the Winter Season, 2019. She also was a principal singer Jan 18, 2020 with the San Bernardino Symphony as well. She has been performing online during the Covid Season on Facebook, “ The Lettrice Lawrence Show” and for Juneteenth with The Susan G. Komen Society. Her Gospel album, “Hear Me Lord, The Collaborations” is available alongside, “Get Out of My Way", "Congratulations", "I Wanna Thank You", “Give Me Peace" and other wonderful great song through iTunes, Amazon.com, Rhapsody, Spotify and Google Music. Lettrice's two songs, "Lonely and Moonlight Chaser" are featured on Rayn Drops Loves Holidaze Vol. 2 through Enthrone Records and Klymaxx Corporation. It was distributed through Universal Music Group and released, March 4, 2020. It is streaming on Tidal, Spotify and available on all major platforms.
